There have been a lot of questions lately about our website and how it works. Some customers have said that they thought everything listed on the website was also in our store. There is a lot offered on the website that we do not have in the store because we do not have the room to sell everything that Careismatic Brands has to offer. The inventory listed on our website does not reflect what we currently have in the store.
When an order is placed the order goes to Careismatic Brands in California who then approves the order and sends it to their warehouse in Texas to be shipped to the customer. We do not manage the shipping of the items or what is sold on the website. The website is maintained by Careismatic Brands who is one of many wholesalers that we purchase our inventory from. They are responsible for the catalog of items sold on the website.
If it says waiting for fulfillment in your account that does not mean that the item has not shipped. Items sometimes are shipped, and the warehouse forgets to update your account to reflect that it has shipped. Orders placed around holidays such as Christmas may take longer to arrive due to shipping delays by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We recommend placing holiday orders for Christmas before December 4th to guarantee that they arrive in time. Before you place an order, you can always call the store first to see if we have that item in stock. If that item is in stock at the store, then it will be shipped out by USPS the same day.
Sometimes on the website it may say that there is something in stock, but it might be an item that has been discontinued and Careismatic Brands has not updated their inventory to reflect that the item is no longer available. You can always call or email us to check on the status of an order and when we get a tracking number, we will pass it on. Sometimes orders are shipped from the Wearhouse and the person putting the order together in the Wearhouse forgets to put the tracking number in the system which means that I would have no way of tracking the order to see where it is.
I hope that this gives you a little more clarification as to how our website works and how orders placed on the website are managed. We are a small business that does our best to keep track of everyone's order that is placed on the website. As a small business we want to provide you with the best customer service that we can.
